Discernment

To discern is more than to choose:
it is to listen to the truth that already lives within us.
As if, from the silence, the answer arises —
clear, lucid, serene.
Unquestionable.
Discernment is the moment when the soul attunes
to the subtle vibration of what is true,
without the need for proof,
for applause,
for recognition.
To discern is to learn to say “yes” — without haste.
To say “no” — without guilt.
To wait — without fear.
To choose — not from impulse,
but from the direction that comes, vivid,
from the core of our being.
In the end, discernment is the art of being faithful to one’s own soul —
an expression of those who have learned to truly listen to themselves,
and who have seen,
in the transparency of a brief moment,
the fullness of one who has already found their way.
